• Prepare tender packages and trade subcontract agreements

• Generate timely and accurate billings for owners

• Lead project meetings with clients and architecture teams

• Submit thorough project reports to the Area Manager

Requirements:

• Construction-related degree or diploma required

• Five years of construction project experience

• Proficiency in project management and contract software

• Knowledge of construction scopes and scheduling

• CISD Level II clearance or eligibility is an asset
