Experienced Project Manager Wanted

Join the forefront of construction as a Project Manager, overseeing projects from initial planning through to completion. Interact with Owners and Architects while preparing tender packages and cost reports.

This role is ideal for candidates with a construction-related degree and at least five years of hands-on experience. Strong skills in project management and communication are essential to lead meetings and manage project timelines. You will also prepare accurate billings and engage with stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from pre-construction to completion

• Create and submit tender packages and trade subcontracts

• Prepare timely and accurate billings

• Facilitate meetings with Owners and Architects

• Monitor project cost reports and forecasts

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in construction management

• Minimum five years of relevant construction experience

• Familiarity with project management software

• In-depth knowledge of construction activities and scheduling

• CISD Level II clearance considered an asset
