Overview

We are looking for dynamic people motivated to help clients and thrive in a vibrant environment as part of the Service, Assurance vie, Centre de conseils RBC Assurances team.

Responsibilities
  • Respond efficiently to inbound calls from policy owners and brokers about policy updates, management and information communication.
  • Respond to email inquiries from owners and brokers about their policies.
  • Offer tailored insurance assistance to client needs.
  • Analyze and report accurately all policy‑related information in a timely manner.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of the client experience in every conversation by resolving issues yourself when possible, escalating only when necessary.
  • Demonstrate solid knowledge of policies and communicate this information effectively to clients and brokers.
  • Follow procedures efficiently and transparently during calls.
Requirements
  • Bilingual:
    French and English required, as you will serve a French and English speaking client base.
  • Availability to work varying shifts; the center operates Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–8 p.m. EST.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Strong customer service orientation (professional, warm and friendly attitude).
  • Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of individual life insurance products and policies.
  • Experience in a call center.
