As a CMSO, you'll be primarily responsible for enhancing the customer experience through effective communication and solutions. Focus on managing cash-related inquiries and ensuring the successful implementation of new services. This role will involve working closely with various internal partners to maximize efficiency and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client cash management queries
• Initiate and implement new cash management services
• Support the Cash Management Manager with reports
• Conduct training sessions for clientele
• Strengthen client relationships through effective follow-ups
Requirements:
• High school diploma; preferred degree
• 1+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficient understanding of banking products
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent customer service attitude
