In this vital role, you will be instrumental in maintaining customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include setting up contracts, client portal support, and assisting Branch Managers and Technicians. You'll thrive in a professional environment, requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter new contracts and job sales into CRM
• Support customer account maintenance and changes
• Handle daily and month-end invoicing accurately
• Upload invoices to 3rd party portals as needed
• Monitor service reports and collaborate with Branch Managers
Requirements:
• 2+ years of administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High School Diploma required; college diploma preferred
