Your primary objective will be to manage daily operations on the front end, ensuring all transactions are conducted smoothly and safely. You will oversee associates, coordinate staff breaks, and provide essential training. Your attention to detail will guarantee compliance with company standards, while you also promote various sponsor programs to enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with safe work practices and emergency plans
• Address and resolve customer and associate issues
• Monitor team coverage and schedule breaks accordingly
• Train associates on procedures and company programs
• Validate and correct transaction errors as needed
Requirements:
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Background in customer service or retail management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to uphold compliance standards
