Position: Associate for Music Lessons Management
Support music education as an Associate for our Lessons Program. This position focuses on student registration, scheduling, and payment processing, accommodating various hours throughout the week.

You will play a vital role in ensuring students are registered and scheduled effectively. The position includes answering inquiries and collaborating with the Lessons Coordinator on student records and reports. Aside from handling payments, your role extends to supporting recitals and boosting the learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register and organize lesson schedules for students

• Manage phone inquiries and relay important messages

• Handle lesson payments and overdue account collections

• Assist in record-keeping and commission report reconciliation

• Contribute to the success of recitals

Requirements:

• At least one year of music study experience

• Basic knowledge of instruments and music theory

• Must be available during weekdays and weekends

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

• Competent in office and computer tasks
