As a Level 4 Administrative Services member, you will manage both emergency and non-emergency calls, ensuring accurate information is relayed to the public and government agencies. Your communication skills will shine through as you access and convey sensitive information while collaborating in multi-agency environments. This role requires flexibility, effective interaction, and the ability to respond rapidly to emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and assess emergency and non-emergency calls
• Provide timely information during stressful situations
• Relay sensitive information to authorized personnel
• Coordinate radio connections during multi-agency events
• Record details from multiple technology systems
Requirements:
• High school graduation or GED
• One-year post-secondary diploma in a related field
• Five years in customer service or public safety preferred
• Proficient in computer programs and telephone systems
• Fluency in English and conversational French required
