Evening Service Advisor Role

Become an Evening Service Writer and contribute your customer service skills in a vibrant environment. This role focuses on managing customer interactions and repair processing.

In this position under the Service Manager, you will be at the forefront of our service department. With a minimum of three years in the automotive field, you will greet customers, open repair orders, and verify warranty eligibility. Clear communication with clients ensures their concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers at the service desk

• Accurately open repair orders with vehicle concerns

• Confirm warranty claims and address customer needs

• Keep clients informed on service progress and estimates

• Schedule preventative maintenance for customers

Requirements:

• 3+ years in automotive or dealership experience

• Proficient with customer service and computer applications

• Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and familiarity with KARMAK

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy setting

• Maintain organized workspace and follow policies
