As a key team member, the Customer Service Motivator will greet and assist both incoming members and potential clients at our Good Life Fitness locations. You will effectively address their inquiries, provide insights about our services, and engage with them to enhance their club experience. Your expertise will also contribute to resolving issues and ensuring a smooth operational flow within the club.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members and execute check-in processes

• Handle incoming member calls efficiently

• Guide users on Fit Fix and Carido equipment

• Conduct introductory Fit-Fix sessions for newcomers

• Complete cleanliness and maintenance tasks in the club

Requirements:

• CPR-A & AED certification needed

• Must acquire Smart Tan certification quickly

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer empathy

• Solid team contribution and approachability

• Previous sales experience desired
