Key Responsibilities:

• Provide superior customer service to passengers

• Operate POS systems and handle electronic communications

• Assist drivers during bus arrivals and departures

• Balance daily cash and investigate discrepancies

• Complete employee scheduling and cover shifts as needed

Requirements:

• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

• Open and close terminal as required

• Handle multiple projects and changing priorities

• Lift up to 75 lbs when necessary

• Strong attention to detail in all tasks
