Position: Fredericton Sterilization Technician Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Sterilize and organize dental instruments effectively

• Operate sterilization equipment and troubleshoot issues

• Document compliance for audits and safety checks

• Maintain the cleanliness of the reprocessing area

• Assist the clinical team to enhance patient flow

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sterilization preferred

• Completion of Dental Assisting or MDRT Program required

• Understanding of IPAC practices is a plus

• Legally authorized to work in Canada

• Attention to detail and organizational skills
