** Your Role:
*** Clean, package, sterilize, and store dental instruments in compliance with IPAC standards and provincial regulations
* Operate and monitor sterilization equipment, completing required testing and documentation
* Maintain accurate records to support compliance and audit readiness
* Ensure a clean, safe, and organized reprocessing area following health and safety protocols
* Identify and report equipment or sterilization issues promptly
* Collaborate with the clinical team to support efficient patient flow###

* About You:

*** Previous clinical experience working in sterilization role is considered an asset
* Completion of an accredited Dental Assisting and/or Medical Device Reprocessing Technician (MDRT) Programs is preferred
* Experience with IPAC (Infection Prevention and Control) is an asset
