Job Description:

Go-Go Preschool is looking to hire a full-time Early Childhood Educator (Early Childhood Education certification or Bachelor of Education required) who is passionate about early learning. As our successful candidate, you will deliver quality programming and activities for preschool-aged children in a fun, engaging, and nurturing environment.

We are offering a full‑time position (40–44 hours per week) with flexible hours, and opportunities for early morning–day or day–evening shifts. This is a government‑funded position, with a fixed wage based on qualifications.

Salary: $23–$28/hour based on experience and education, including health and dental benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, quality, and engaging childcare programming
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities
• Create a positive and welcoming classroom environment
• Document learning stories, checklists, and reports
• Communicate effectively with children, families, and coworkers
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure safety at all times
• Comply with government regulations and maintain accurate documentation
• Act as a team leader to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Early Childhood Education Certification or Bachelor of Education (required)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Shares Go-Go’s philosophy of treating children with respect and dignity
• Workplace First Aid with CPR-C and AED certification
• Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector clearance
• Social Development Check
