Position: Instructor for Workplace Essential Skills Training
Teach essential skills to adults with NBCC across New Brunswick. Flexible work hours from 4 to 36.25 hours available in various communities including Fredericton.

New Brunswick Community College (NBCC) is on the lookout for passionate Instructors to lead Workplace Essential Skills training. This role focuses on enhancing the competencies of unemployed adults, equipping them with vital skills like problem-solving and digital literacy. Your contributions will address the needs of diverse learners both online and in person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on essential skills methodologies

• Mentor students through practical learning experiences

• Assess learners' progress and adapt approaches as necessary

• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager on program success

• Implement innovative strategies for skill acquisition

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in a related field with teaching experience

• Strong knowledge of inclusive training practices

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with employability skills beneficial

• Ability to foster an engaging learning environment
