Overview
Join UFred as a Learning Content Editor! We're looking for a detail-oriented and creative professional to help shape the future of online learning. In this role, you'll edit and refine course materials from subject matter experts, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with academic standards. You'll collaborate closely with our Program Development team to design engaging e-learning products — PowerPoint presentations, SCORM packages, Moodle activities — and perform quality checks to deliver high-impact learning experiences.

Responsibilities- Edit learning content received from subject matter experts for clarity, grammar, and adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and Program Development team members to refine content and ensure smooth integration of technological and educational components.
- Design engaging and pedagogically sound interactive e-learning products, including PowerPoint presentations, SCORMs, and Moodle activities.
- Perform quality assurance reviews of all learning components on the Learning Management System.
- Manage tracking of content revisions, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.
- Deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision while adhering to project timelines.
- A college or undergraduate degree, and/or practical experience and proficiency in curriculum or learning content writing, technical writing, or equivalent education and experience.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

This is a full-time permanent position (35 hours) under regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.). The position is available in Fredericton, NB, with the possibility to work remotely and attend in-office meetings as required.
