Shape the future of learning at the Centre for Learning Futures in Fredericton, NB, as an Instructional Designer. Collaborate with teams to develop high-quality educational programs and enhance learner engagement through innovative design practices.

In this full-time, one-year position, you will work closely with Subject Matter Experts and the Instructional Design and Development team. Your expertise in instructional design and educational technology is vital in guiding course content, ensuring adherence to industry standards, and creating captivating learning experiences. You will support internal and external clients while leveraging emerging technologies to improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide Subject Matter Experts in course content development

• Review and edit instructional materials for accuracy

• Design engaging learning formats and assessments

• Collaborate on effective learning solutions

• Conduct needs analysis for instructional improvements

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in instructional design or related field

• Minimum of five years’ instructional design experience

• Experience with adult learning principles

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems

• Strong analytical and communication skills
