You will oversee the development and delivery of training programs for Caterpillar equipment, ensuring all participants are ready for professional challenges. By working closely with service coaches, you will help tailor training to meet specific needs, thereby enhancing overall service quality. Your extensive knowledge and teaching abilities will facilitate a robust learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop training courses on Caterpillar product lines

• Assess and adjust training needs collaboratively

• Organize classroom and training equipment for sessions

• Conduct evaluations and provide development feedback

• Assist with administrative functions in the training department
Requirements:

• College diploma in Heavy Equipment or equivalent

• Required Heavy Equipment Certification or Mechanics license

• Over 5 years of experience with Caterpillar diagnostics

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Caterpillar systems
