As an Instructional Designer, you will work closely with the Manager of Instructional Design and Development. Your responsibilities include guiding Subject Matter Experts, developing engaging content, and ensuring alignment with instructional standards. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing learning effectiveness and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide Subject Matter Experts in course content development

• Review and edit instructional materials for clarity and consistency

• Adapt content into engaging formats for storyboarding

• Integrate multimedia elements for effective communication

• Collaborate with teams to translate requirements into learning solutions
Requirements:

• Master's degree in instructional design or related field

• Minimum five years of relevant experience in educational settings

• Proven ability to design learning experiences for adult learners

• Experience with Learning Management Systems is an asset

• Familiarity with emerging learning technologies
