In this pivotal role, you will manage MMFC’s operations while developing vital community partnerships. Your focus on training and collaborative research will facilitate educational initiatives aimed at social change in family and gender-based violence contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate effective community partnerships for education and research

• Manage budgeting and financial operations for the MMFC

• Organize professional development training programs both in person and online

• Engage in community and government committee participation

• Drive knowledge sharing with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a social service–related field or Bachelor’s with five years experience

• Demonstrated experience in project collaboration with community partners

• Skilled in cross‑sector collaboration

• Solid proficiency in MS Office 365

• Bilingual communication skills in English and French
