Advance your expertise as an Instructional Designer with UNB's Centre for Learning Futures in a hybrid setting. You'll lead course development projects that prioritize learner engagement and innovative educational strategies.

In this position, you will collaborate with faculty and Subject Matter Experts to design and develop high-quality learning experiences.

Your role will include managing multiple projects, applying instructional design best practices, and leveraging technology to enhance course delivery. You will also focus on aligning materials with learning objectives and institutional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop course content aligned with learning objectives

• Coordinate activities to meet project timelines

• Conduct needs analysis for instructional solutions

• Utilize approved technologies while maintaining pedagogical integrity

• Analyze learner feedback for course enhancements

Requirements:

• Master's degree in relevant field such as instructional technology

• Five years of experience in instructional design or pedagogy

• Strong planning and organizational skills

• Experience with LMS, familiarity with D2L is an asset

• Knowledge of andragogy principles for adult learners
