Position: MFC Training Chief Flight Instructor Role

You will be responsible for managing and enhancing the pilot training program, ensuring all instruction aligns with Canadian Aviation Regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the pilot training program and instructor management

• Ensure compliance with Canadian Aviation Regulations

• Supervise Class 4 instructors and manage approvals

• Maintain accuracy in training documentation and records

• Oversee communication with Transport Canada on training issues

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 or Class 2 Flight Instructor Rating

• At least 2,000 hours of instructional flight experience

• Clean criminal background and aviation regulatory history

• Experience in senior leadership roles within the aviation field

• Ability to work independently with strategic insights
