Position: Lead Flight Instructor at MFC Training
Become the Lead Flight Instructor at MFC Training, managing and enhancing pilot education programs at Canada’s leading flight school. Drive compliance and instructional excellence across all training layers.

In this key management role, you will oversee the operation and quality of the entire pilot training framework. Your leadership will guide both flight and ground instructors while ensuring all educational methods follow aviation regulations. This position demands a blend of strategic vision and extensive instructional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control the overall pilot training structure and quality

• Supervise and mentor Class 4 flight instructors

• Oversee the appointment of ground instructors and their training

• Manage training records and regulatory documentation

• Engage with Transport Canada on flight training operations

Requirements:

• Class 1 or Class 2 Flight Instructor Rating needed

• Minimum of 2,000 hours in instructional flying

• Clear criminal record and good aviation compliance

• Proven leadership in an Approved Training Organization

• Strong self-starter with strategic thinking skills
