Position: York Region Music Band Leader Role
Rocksteady Music School is seeking a Band Leader in the York region to teach rock and pop music. This permanent full-time role allows you to inspire children while sharing your musical skills.

As a Regional Band Leader, you'll provide cover and catch-up lessons in schools across North Yorkshire while building relationships with students and educators. Your passion for music and ability to connect with children are essential, while your travel enthusiasm will enable you to reach diverse areas and schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct consistent and engaging music lessons in schools

• Evaluate the needs of children for customized learning

• Develop and maintain strong school relationships

• Perform essential administrative duties associated with lessons

• Guide new Band Leaders in your region

Requirements:

• Competency in at least two musical instruments

• Essential: UK/EU driving licence and personal transport

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Friendly and engaging personality

• Flexible and adaptable to different teaching contexts
