Reporting to the Senior Manager, Curriculum Design, we are hiring a Curriculum Design Specialist. As our new Curriculum Design Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and renewing academic programs, instructional and assessment practices, and learning materials. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and faculty to support the design and development of face‑to‑face, online, and blended curricula for a growing suite of programs across a variety of credential types, disciplines, and audiences.

This is a full-time, hybrid, 12-month contract role. The role requires the flexibility to attend in‑office at either our Fredericton or Toronto campus as required.

Working closely with faculty and subject matter experts, you will help maintain, enhance, and evolve curriculum across a range of programs, ensuring students receive a high-quality and engaging educational experience.

• Collaborate. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and faculty to understand the goals of new and existing academic programs. You will analyze and translate the program goals into comprehensive curricula, including but not limited to learning outcomes, assessments, and content.
