Your work environment at EXPLead impactful environmental projects. Manage multidisciplinary projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with clients to deliver innovative solutions that protect ecosystems and communities.
What a day at EXP hasieur in store for you- Lead and manage environmental projects including site assessments, remediation, and permitting.
- Develop and implement environmental management plans and compliance strategies.
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and regulatory submissions.
- Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior environmental professionals.
- Stay current with environmental regulations, sustainability practices, and industry trends.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in environmental consulting or project management.
- Strong knowledge of federal and provincial environmental regulations and permitting processes.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Professional designation (P.Eng., P.Geo., or equivalent) preferred.
