GEMTEC is seeking a Senior Municipal Engineer to join our growing office-based design group in Fredericton. This role requires 8-10 years of experience in civil consulting with a focus on municipal and infrastructure design. Key responsibilities include producing detailed drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare engineering drawings and technical reports

• Collaborate on cost-effective design solutions

• Review compliance and constructability of designs

• Conduct site inspections and manage contractor inquiries

• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• 8-10 years of consulting experience

• Registered or eligible with APEGNB

• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Excellent communication skills
