Senior Project Manager Energy Team

Lead GHD's Energy projects across Canada as a Senior Project Manager. Focus on strategic client management and innovative project delivery for sustainable energy solutions.

GHD is expanding its Canadian Energy business and seeks a Senior Project Manager to enhance project delivery in the Eastern Canada and Atlantic regions.

Your role will involve leading multidisciplinary teams while managing complex projects related to renewable energy, including hydropower, wind, and solar. You will also support business development efforts by engaging with clients and identifying growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multi-disciplinary energy and utility project delivery

• Manage project governance, risk, and quality objectives

• Mentor project managers and technical staff for excellence

• Strengthen client relationships and identify future opportunities

• Engage in proposals and pursuit strategies for utilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering

• 10-15 years experience in the energy sector

• Proven project management and business development skills

• Background in regulated utilities is a plus

• Professional licensure preferred (OIQ, P.Eng.)
