We are eager to hire a highly motivated and technically competent Mechanical Engineering Technologist to join our team. You may work in our Fredericton or Halifax office with a flexible hybrid work model.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare and detail 3D models and engineering drawings for water and wastewater treatment plants, including process equipment, piping layouts, booster stations, reservoirs, lift stations, etc., from concept to final.
  • Create Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs).
  • Generate material quantities and cost estimates.
  • Prepare presentation graphics and report figures.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary project team.
  • Ensure that project needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
  • Understand and adhere to EXP and client drawing standards.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering Technology (or equivalent).
  • Relevant experience in the design and construction of municipal and/or industrial water and wastewater infrastructure with an emphasis on process design.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD Plant 3D, Civil 3D, Revit, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Strong work ethic, communication skills, and attention to detail.
