As a Senior Civil/Structural Estimator, reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will coordinate and prepare comprehensive cost estimates during the design phase. This involves analyzing specifications, developing quantity take-offs, and collaborating with various engineering teams for seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate cost estimates for civil and structural scopes

• Review drawings and specifications for accurate analysis

• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns

• Work alongside engineering and design teams for project success

• Identify cost drivers and support value engineering initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• 8–10 years of relevant estimating experience

• Familiarity with heavy civil or infrastructure projects

• Knowledge of estimating methodologies and software

• Strong analytical and communication skills
