This full-time, one-year position provides a comprehensive platform to investigate advanced trajectory estimation techniques for missile defense challenges. You will leverage Python and machine learning to develop innovative solutions while working closely with fellow scientists and engineers. Your research may lead to significant academic contributions, enhancing the field's understanding of hypersonic vehicle dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate target trajectory estimation for missile defense
• Implement Python models for various engineering systems
• Develop control systems for hypersonic vehicles
• Collaborate on extensive projects and data sharing
• Research AI applications for guidance and control laws
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline
• Proficiency in Python for advanced computing
• Experience with real-time data feedback and sensor integration
• Understanding of aerospace engineering and GNC systems
• Ability to fulfill EIT requirements with APEGNB
