Senior Technologist in Civil Transportation Projects

Join the forefront of civil transportation as a Senior Civil Technologist. Manage design leadership and drawing production for major transportation initiatives, enhancing community infrastructure and connectivity.

In this position, you are responsible for leading the design processes from concept to completion. Use industry-standard software, notably AutoCAD Civil 3D, to develop and coordinate civil engineering designs.

Your role will also involve mentoring emerging tech talent while ensuring seamless communication with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering design preparation and documentation

• Develop sophisticated roadway and grading designs

• Collaborate on large-scale multidisciplinary initiatives

• Mentor Junior and Intermediate Design Staff

• Ensure compliance with CADD standards and documentation

Requirements:

• 10+ years of design experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Civil Engineering Technology diploma or equivalent

• Comprehensive knowledge of project delivery and engineering standards

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven mentoring and organizational capabilities
