Located in Saint John, Moncton, or Fredericton, this Mechanical Technologist role requires a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology and over seven years of relevant experience. You will design HVAC and plumbing systems, perform energy modeling, and prepare cost estimates while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and model HVAC and plumbing systems

• Collaborate to resolve design clashes and integration

• Perform energy modeling using eQuest and HAP

• Conduct data collection on-site for designs

• Prepare cost estimates for labor and materials

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering Technology diploma required

• Registration as P.Tech or CET preferred

• 7+ years of mechanical systems design experience

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows

• Strong knowledge of Canadian Building Codes
