At EXP, we're searching for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with a focus on municipal and commercial projects. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and over 7 years of relevant experience. You'll design HVAC systems, perform mechanical calculations, and collaborate with diverse project teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare drawings, specifications, and cost estimates

• Design HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems

• Conduct mechanical calculations for project requirements

• Develop equipment schedules and coordinate designs

• Execute energy modeling for sustainability certifications

Requirements:

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Canada

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Strong knowledge of building codes and standards

• Proficient in Revit/BIM and Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication and project management skills
