Position: HVAC & Plumbing Mechanical Technologist Role
Join EXP in a Mechanical Technologist role focusing on HVAC and plumbing systems. Experience unique building projects while applying your design and engineering skills in New Brunswick.

As a key member of our Buildings & Industrial department, you will work from Saint John, Moncton, or Fredericton, contributing over seven years of experience in mechanical systems design. Your expertise in Revit and strong communication skills will be essential for collaborating with teams on designing effective HVAC and plumbing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design HVAC and plumbing systems for construction projects

• Collaborate with teams to resolve design integration issues

• Conduct energy modeling and on-site data collection

• Prepare labor and material cost estimates

• Travel to various project sites as needed

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology

• Eligible for P.Tech or CET registration

• Minimum of 7 years of design experience

• Strong understanding of Canadian Building Codes

• Familiarity with BMS, EMCS, BAS control systems
