Key Responsibilities:

• Draft drawings and prepare specifications for mechanical systems

• Design HVAC, plumbing, and specialized natural gas piping

• Perform mechanical equipment sizing calculations

• Conduct comprehensive energy modeling for certifications

• Collaborate with teams to develop equipment schedules

Requirements:

• P.Eng. status with APEGNB registration or eligibility

• 7+ years experience in building design engineering

• Strong familiarity with building codes and standards

• Proficiency in Revit/BIM and AutoCAD experience
