• Direct new Fixed Wireless feature introductions and validations

• Collaborate with engineering to assess technology impacts

• Manage RF and performance for optimal network operations

• Establish performance governance and configuration standards

• Engage with vendors on technology roadmaps and certifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline

• 7+ years in wireless performance management or engineering

• Expertise in RF design and LTE/5G network fundamentals

• Proven leadership in high-stakes network environments

• Understanding of automation concepts with Dev Ops integration
