You’ll be responsible for developing effective engineering solutions, optimizing processes, and collaborating with various engineering disciplines to achieve project objectives. This position also involves mentoring junior engineers and enhancing the industrial practice's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct process engineering for industrial facilities

• Develop process flow diagrams and technical documentation

• Collaborate with diverse engineering teams for optimal outcomes

• Support operational improvement and modernization projects

• Provide mentorship to junior engineers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering

• 7+ years of process engineering experience

• P.Eng. designation or eligibility with a provincial association

• Solid experience in feasibility studies and troubleshooting

• Strong analytical and communication skills
