This senior position supports local and international mining and resource projects. Apply civil or geotechnical engineering expertise across planning, investigation, assessment, design, and construction. Develop technical dam engineering or project management experience while supporting mine waste solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design tailings storage facilities for global mining projects
Participate in dam safety inspections and reviews
Develop dam safety systems for mining projects
Prepare technical reports, proposals, and project documentation
Coordinate engineering disciplines for well-rounded client solutions
Requirements:
Degree in civil or geotechnical engineering
10+ years of relevant civil or geotechnical experience
Eligibility for professional engineer registration in Canada
Working knowledge of PLAXIS, FLAC, and SLOPE/W
Ability to travel domestically and internationally
Bring senior geotechnical expertise, dam design knowledge, and mining experience to KCB projects from Fredericton and beyond.
