Corporate Development Junior Analyst

Step into a pivotal role as a Junior to Intermediate M&A Analyst at Dillon’s Corporate Development team. Benefit from hybrid work options while engaging directly in M&A activities.

You will work closely with the Director of Mergers & Acquisitions, gaining hands-on experience across all phases of M&A. Your tasks will include identifying strategic targets, conducting valuations, and managing the due diligence process to support Dillon's expansion across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential acquisition targets through market research

• Create financial models for target evaluation

• Facilitate due diligence coordination with experts

• Assist in drafting deal documents and memos

• Play a key role in post-merger integration processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance

• 2 to 5 years of experience in related fields

• Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis

• Strong organizational skills for multi-part processes

• Emotional intelligence for managing integration
