As a Financial Operations Fee Processing Associate, you will serve internal Client Experience teams and vendors on fee-related questions. The position connects transaction processing with system support, issue investigation, and workflow improvement. You will communicate professionally, meet agreed service levels, and escalate concerns when necessary while maintaining accurate records.

• Respond to fee inquiries, disputes, and clarifications
• Investigate system issues and log vendor support tickets
• Address client and vendor concerns promptly and professionally
• Support continuous improvement of fee workflows and systems
• Ensure processing complies with policies and regulations

• Strong communication skills with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Highly organized approach to complex financial processing
• One to three years in fee processing or related roles
• Microsoft Excel and office productivity tools proficiency
• Ability to investigate issues and meet service agreements
