Global Treasury Cash Management Manager

Global cash management and liquidity leadership define this full-time Treasury Cash Manager role with Cooke in Saint John, New Brunswick. Forecast cash and coordinate payments across regions.
Reporting to the Treasurer, you will lead Cooke’s cash management team and oversee global cash visibility, liquidity, and payment operations. The position partners with Finance, Accounting, Tax, IT, Shared Services, and banking partners. Its focus includes cash forecasting, banking processes, reporting, controls, and Treasury Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily global cash positions, liquidity buffers, and cash transfers
Own cash flow forecasts and analyze forecast-to-actual variances
Oversee payments, approval workflows, banking records, and exceptions
Deliver liquidity, cash, and debt reporting to senior management
Lead and develop the cash management team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
Five-plus years in treasury, cash management, banking, or corporate finance
Proven cash forecasting and liquidity management experience
Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical skills
Experience leading teams and managing cash controls
Lead global liquidity, forecasting, payment operations, and cash controls while supporting Cooke’s treasury team in Saint John.
