A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced SEND Lead Complaints and Tribunals Officer to manage complex SEND appeals and represent the Local Authority s role is offered on an interim basis with a minimum duration of 6 months. Candidates will ideally have significant experience with Appeals and Tribunals processes, strong negotiation skills, and in-depth knowledge of SEND legislation. The position is primarily remote but candidates should be able to attend the Gun Wharf office as required.
