In the role of Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor, you will focus on creating personalized beauty experiences for each customer. Assist in areas such as hair color, skincare, and cosmetics while fostering brand loyalty. Sally Beauty ensures you receive the necessary training to become a knowledgeable and trusted advisor in beauty products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster relationships that inspire customer loyalty

• Suggest additional and complimentary beauty items

• Keep customers informed about promotions and events

• Set up displays and organize merchandise for focus areas

• Enroll customers in the Loyalty program seamlessly

Requirements:

• Must lift up to 25 lbs, including while on ladders

• Occasional exposure to fume and odor environments

• Capability for prolonged periods of standing and mobility
