Mon–Fri 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.;
Sat 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

About the Role

Mint Health + Drugs is seeking an experienced Pharmacist on a full-time or part-time basis (occasional weekends needed) to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you’ll mentor and lead a dedicated group of healthcare professionals, ensuring exceptional patient care and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Benefit eligibility is determined by your employment status. Full-time employees may qualify for comprehensive benefits based on eligibility, and part-time employees may be eligible for prorated or limited benefits based on hours worked.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and dispense drugs
  • Assess new and repeat prescriptions
  • Consistently apply medication management principles
  • Educate patients on medication use
  • Monitor patient progress
  • Document and maintain accurate records
  • Oversee and mentor pharmacy staff
  • Promote healthy living and immunization programs
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints
  • Communicate with customers and other healthcare professionals
Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Degree
  • Licensed with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia in good standing
  • Current CPR Certification Valid in British Columbia
  • Drug Administration by Injection is an asset
  • ISTM is an asset
Experience & Skills
  • Ability to adhere to regulatory compliance
  • Strong organizational and operational oversight skills
  • Expertise in medication management and patient care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in managing pharmacy inventory and financials
  • Knowledge of Kroll system is considered an asset
