Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee staff coverage and workflow assignments

• Assist in the recruitment and orientation of new staff

• Complete reports, manage expenses, and conduct statistical activities

• Recommend and manage therapy equipment needs

• Offer clinical support and training for staff

Requirements:

• Registration with the New Brunswick and Canadian Associations

• One year of leadership experience in a clinical setting
