Speech Language Pathologist

Join the Anglophone School District as a Speech Language Pathologist in Fredericton, New Brunswick. This full-time position requires clinical expertise to support communication needs in educational environments.

We are looking for a 1.0 FTE Speech Language Pathologist I to work temporarily until January 7, 2028, with a chance for extension. You will engage in assessment, rehabilitation, and prevention of communication disorders. The role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and includes travel within the district to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings and assessments for communication disorders

• Provide rehabilitation services based on diagnosis

• Collaborate with speech therapy assistants for client support

• Participate in program planning and quality improvement initiatives

• Manage caseloads and ensure discharge readiness

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology

• Registered with the New Brunswick Association of Speech Language Pathologists

• Eligible for Canadian Association membership

• Experience in Early Childhood Education preferred

• Reliable transportation and frequent travel within the district
