Qualifications

Must be registered with the New Brunswick College of Pharmacists, licensed to practice in New Brunswick and have demonstrated leadership ability and considerable related work experience (3 years) and/or completion of a post graduate training program.
Ability to attend work on a regular basis.
Ability to perform the duties of the position.
Good work record.

Key Responsibilities

The Pharmacy Clinical Manager is responsible for:

Planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating clinical pharmacy services
Maintaining a clinical practice site
Participating in patient safety and quality improvement initiatives
Participating in the planning, implementation and evaluation of education and training programs
Participating in the performance management and recruitment processes
Collaborating with the Pharmacy Operations Manager to manage financial resources
