In this 12-month contract role, you'll assist in implementing HR policies and supporting workforce initiatives across various provinces. Your experience in handling employee inquiries and managing HR documentation will play a vital role in building a healthier workplace. Full benefits are provided to support your career development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as HR liaison for employees and managers
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Coordinate leave and performance management processes
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist payroll
• Engage in recruitment efforts and support HR projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related preferred
• At least 3 years of relevant HR experience required
• Bilingual fluency in French and English essential
• Understanding of Canadian employment standards important
• Excellent organizational and communication skills required
