• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements for IT solution projects.
• Define data specifications and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Work closely with the development team to integrate and transform data from various sources, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Design and implement data models to support IT solution architecture.
• Collaborate with database administrators to optimize data storage and retrieval.
• Conduct data validation and verification to ensure the accuracy of information within IT solutions.
• Work with QA teams to establish and execute data testing strategies.
• Create and maintain documentation related to data processes and integrations.
• Generate reports and dashboards to communicate data insights to stakeholders.
• Provide data-related support during the development and deployment of IT solutions.
• Ensure that data handling within IT solutions complies with security and privacy regulations, implementing measures to safeguard sensitive data.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems or a relevant discipline.
• Two years of experience as a Data Analyst within an IT environment.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages (SQL, R, Python).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud).
• Strong understanding of database management systems and data warehousing.
• Experience with IT solution development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Detail oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
• Experience with cloud‑based data solutions (AWS, Azure, Fabric/Power BI Premium, GCP) – asset.
• Previous involvement in IT solution delivery projects – asset.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and best practices – asset.
• Experience with machine learning and predictive modelling for digital applications – asset.
• Experience with analysing large and complex datasets – asset.
